No words to even begin to explain how beautiful this community is and how caring the staff is here. I toured today and felt nothing but kindness from the staff. The residents were clean and dry. There were no smells and it was a nicely kept building. I really liked meeting all the staff from the housekeepers to the caregivers and even a nurse stopped by to greet me. I would place my loved one here. I am not moving them in only because they are not ready for memory care yet, but when they are they are coming here.

If you are in need of a safe, loving, helpful and compassionate community for your loved one, or anyone else, to live you really want to check out Ciel of Grandridge. The staff are amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious and healthy, the activities are well planned and organized, AND again, the staff are amazing. At Ciel of Grandridge, people are treated as people, humans who matter, people who deserve to be respected and treated with dignity!

I have had a great experience with Ciel of Long Grove. My loved one enjoys their time here. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and they have several choices to choose from. My loved one enjoys the meals and socializing with other residents. Overall, I would recommend Ciel Long Grove to others for their loved ones.

The care here is outstanding. The staff are very caring and attentive to the residents’ needs. The communication with the staff and family is very good. They are willing to reach out with questions that they may have over my loved one. The staff are very focused on the individual resident’s needs and how to best care for them.

We love this community the people there genuinely care about the residents and our family. They know who we are without having to explain to them who we are or who we belong to. The communication is amazing, they call back either that same day or the next day never longer. Our loved one is so much happier here. He is getting better food options, and the community is much cleaner.

The interaction with the staff has been wonderful. They keep my loved one pretty busy. For the quality of care, and cleanliness, the value for the money is worth it. They are very good with getting my loved one to interact with others, and keeping them involved with things. Overall, they have been a blessing, and they have done nice a job.

When my dad moved in a year ago, I had no idea what to expect. The team at (now) Columbia Landing has become like family to us. My dad has been doing so well there, he is content and thriving. The food is always tasty, my dad is a big fan of the desserts. Activities folks are great, I don’t know how they do what they do but they keep everyone busy! In a lot of ways this place has given parts of my dad back to me, at least more quality time with him and I appreciate that more than I can explain here.
