Each day is an opportunity to impact the life of another. While it is important to recognize major achievements of our associates, it is equally important to recognize the seemingly small moments that lead to ripples of positive impact throughout our communities.

We encourage residents, families and associates to share times when acts of kindness impact their day on recognition cards that are available around the community. These completed cards are posted on our “Ripple Effect” display area as well as read and shared during the monthly all-staff meeting. The associate will receive a “Ripple effect” pin that they can display proudly on their uniforms.

After receiving several Ripples an associate is able to redeem their value for a gift among those listed on the Park Avenue website! The more Ripples saved, the larger the gift– such as t-shirts, fleece jackets, tumblers and personal time off.
