Randy East

Executive Director

Randy East is a native of rural Maryland and spent many years in Denver, Colorado before moving to Tennessee to be the Executive Director for Ciel Senior Living of Collierville. He started his career in senior living as a certified nursing assistant, and in the past 27 years, he has held the roles of sales and marketing director, operations and resident care director, memory care director, associate executive director and executive director. Randy was inspired to work with seniors after caring for a grandparent who had dementia and has had a passion for serving seniors ever since. Inspired by his grandmother, he is also an advocate for those affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and was honored to have spent four years as the development and communications chair on the board of directors for the Alzheimer’s Association’s National Capital Area Chapter. Randy spends most of his free time with family and his German Shepherd, Brock Lee.

Donna English

Sales & Marketing Director

Donna English is a native of Southwest Louisiana (Cajun country!) and lived in Houston, Texas, Aspen, Colorado and New Orleans, Louisiana before settling in Collierville more than 20 years ago. She is honored to be the sales and marketing director for Ciel Senior Living of Collierville. She has more than 30 years of experience working in both senior living and behavioral healthcare. She considers her role of helping families navigate senior care her life’s mission. She believes a move to senior living can be a beautiful next chapter in one’s life story and loves witnessing residents making new friends, enjoying new activities, and living their best lives. In her free time, Donna enjoys traveling and making memories with her husband and teenage daughter.

Shuronica Richmond

Resident Care Coordinator

Shuronica Richmond grew up in the Mississippi Delta and relocated to Memphis, TN in 2008. Her healthcare career started 26 years ago in senior living as a certified nursing assistant. Over the years, she has had the pleasure of gaining advanced knowledge and experience in various healthcare settings, from hospital systems to assisted living communities. Shuronica is honored to be the Resident Care Coordinator at Ciel Senior Living. She feels that her integral role of ensuring excellence in resident care is the highlight of her career. During Shuronica’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and grandson. She also enjoys long road trips and visiting any beach she can.

Sue Galloway

Memory Care Coordinator

Sue Galloway is a Licensed Practical Nurse, and a native of the Mississippi Delta. Having spent over a decade as a certified nursing assistant before becoming a nurse, she has devoted the last 20+ years of her career to providing care to the senior population. Sue has dedicated her nursing career to caring for her residents and their families. She thrives at forming caring and long-lasting relationships with her residents, their families and her staff. In her time off, Sue can be found with her husband of 32 years, loving on their daughter and three grandchildren.

Dawn Thompson

Business Office Manager

Dawn Thompson is a Maryland native, recently moving to Tennessee after calling Denver, Colorado home for the past seven years. Dawn brings decades of business management experience to the team combined with Alzheimer’s caregiving and life enrichment experience in senior living. Dawn was called to serve our seniors and seek out a career in senior living after having the opportunity to care for her grandmother with Alzheimer’s and has been inspired to continue educating, advocating, fundraising and spreading awareness about the disease ever since. In her free time, Dawn can be found with her family and very spoiled four legged kids, Kayla, Pixie and Zoey.

Tammy Beasley

Assisted Living Life Enrichment Director

Tammy Beasley is a native of the Memphis area and has dedicated more than a decade to working in senior living. Tammy enjoys serving her residents with a positive attitude and creative activities that are purposeful and exciting. She also takes pride in building lasting relationships with her residents, and has a goal of keeping people smiling. For Tammy, life enrichment with seniors is more of a calling than a career. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time dancing with her husband, listening to live music, shopping and spending time with her twin girls. Tammy also enjoys traveling, especially to see her grandchildren.

Kayla Perkins

Connections Life Enrichment Director

Kayla Perkins is a Certified Medical Assistant from Olive Branch, Mississippi. She has been in Life Enrichment for over three years, proceeded by positions in community coordination, event planning, and fundraising. Being the caregiver for her grandmother who has Alzheimer’s inspired Kayla to pursue a career in senior living, especially memory care, where she can help support families, as well as lead enriching activities. She also strongly believes life enrichment is crucial for the care of the residents we serve. Kayla loves to spend time with her family, travel and can also be found enjoying her weekends at Pickwick Lake with her husband and dog, Rocky.

Marvin Houston

Culinary Director

A native of Memphis, Marvin Houston has been cooking for more than two decades, first in catering and then in senior living. He enjoys seeing the faces of the residents when they’ve enjoyed a great meal from his kitchen. While cooking is his passion, Marvin is driven and inspired by the residents who live at Ciel. In his spare time, he and his wife try to spend as much time together as possible, whether its traveling or venturing to the store together.

Harold Richmond

Maintenance Director

Harold Richmond has been with Ciel Senior Living since the building was merely a foundation, and there’s no other place he’d rather be. He enjoys being able to assist the residents most of all, whether it be unlocking a door or a doing major repair. He has many years of experience overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, and transportation. Harold is committed to reducing risks, ensuring resident satisfaction, and promoting workplace safety through improved safety training. On a quiet evening, Harold enjoys relaxing in his recliner reading or watching sports.
