Tiffany Colwell

Executive Director

Tiffany comes to Ciel Senior Living with more than 10 years of experience in the senior living industry. She knew from a young age that serving the elderly was her passion. She started her career as a caregiver and then became an LPN before entering the world of operations. Tiffany is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Tiffany was born and raised in Ohio. Prior to Ciel, she served as a Health and Wellness Director at a community in the Cincinnati area for several years. She moved to Arkansas to fill in at Ciel of Fayetteville as the Clinical Operations Specialist, and then the opportunity arose for her to become the Executive Director. In the interim, she fell in love with the community, team and residents and decided it would be a great place to call home.

Tiffany enjoys every opportunity to enrich the lives of her residents and invest and grow her team!

Alisha Johnson, LPN

Health and Wellness Director

Alisha comes to Ciel Senior Living with more than 16 years of experience in long-term care, starting at only 16 years old as a CNA. Her experience includes long term care, home health, wound care, assisted living, independent living, medical staffing and CNA education, plus seven years in direct management.

Alisha’s passion for nursing and geriatric care started at a young age when she began helping her Granny in her garden. Some of her most rewarding experiences include the times she was able to help and learn from her grandmother, and she knew early on that this would propel her into a career of kindness and nurturing through nursing.

Alisha is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified CPR instructor and Certified Assisted Living Administrator. She hopes to use these tools to meet the needs of the residents of her community.

Amy Delp

Culinary Director

Amy has been in the culinary industry for 15 years, 12 of which have been spent in senior living. She specializes in feel good southern cooking and learned everything she knows from her mother and grandmothers.

Amy is married with three kids and three grandkids. In her free time, she loves to camp and enjoys live music.

She loves getting to engage with her residents, learn their life stories and incorporate their family recipes into our menus. Amy shares that this is her favorite part of working in senior living!

Amy looks forward to making sure her residents have a special dining experience with every meal!
