Mission Statement & Core Values

Ciel Senior Living is committed to providing each resident the freedom of living a life of flexibility, balance, and connection, where they are supported to be their best selves. Ciel’s core values and beliefs ensure every resident feels connected, inspired, enriched, and lives well.

Our core values are the foundation of our mission and identity and shape our actions and decisions. These guiding principles are Kindness, Fairness, Respect, Honesty, Spirit, and Purpose. With every moment, every touch, every smile, these principles create meaningful days, experiences, and lives well lived for each resident we serve.

Principles of Service

Kindness: Having the best interest of all people in your heart and showing concern for others. Kindness shows in leaders who are here to serve, not to be served and truly care for our residents.

Fairness: Those that represent fair and equal standards of practice. They are free from self-interest, prejudice, or favoritism.
Respect: To show esteem and consideration for others. Valuing others’ feelings and views, even when you may not agree.  A leader’s respect begins with oneself.

Honesty: Honest leaders are truly authentic and possess a strong moral character.  An honest person shows good behavior, follows guidelines, speaks the truth, and always maintains discipline.

Spirit: Spirited leaders embody a nurturing, compassionate spirit. These people bring happiness and peace of mind to oneself that illuminates to all around them. Senior care goes beyond physical needs. It encompasses emotional and spiritual well-being. Providing opportunities for social engagement, hobbies, and meaningful connections helps nurture the spirit of each resident and team member.

Purpose: Those that lead by a sense of purpose that aligns with their personal and organizational goals. They have a clear vision and work hard each day on being their best self, accomplishing their goals, and holding themselves and their peers accountable.
