Ciel at Home caregivers are already part of our senior living community in Germantown, TN. Many residents already know the team members, which helps create a more natural transition when they need additional support. Our caregivers complete a thorough screening process and receive extensive training when hired, followed by ongoing monthly training. Many also have experience as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Ciel at Home offers the convenience of shorter visits for residents who need help with a specific task, as well as more extensive care arrangements for those who need additional support. It’s the personal attention you need, delivered with the warmth and familiarity you expect from Ciel of Germantown.

Getting Started with Ciel at Home

Our process begins with an initial assessment to understand each resident’s needs and preferences. During this conversation, we’ll discuss the type of assistance requested, scheduling preferences, and relevant care information. From there, our team will coordinate a service plan and establish a start date. Services are scheduled according to individual needs and can be arranged on a short-term or ongoing basis. Companion care visits begin at 15 minutes, and personal care visits begin at 30 minutes. Brief medication reminder visits are also available; for residents who require more extensive assistance, longer visits and up to 24-hour care can be arranged. Our team provides services during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with additional rates applying to holiday visits. Schedules can be adjusted with advance notice as needs change.
